She is survived by: her siblings, Douglas Collins (Nadeen), Omia Nell Ison and Mable Reynolds; Linda Dungan and Mabel Collins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
