She was predeceased by : her former life partner Calvin Padgett; her husband Jack Walker; her parents, Wallace Davis and Dixie Davis (Bryant); her brothers, Mike, Paul, Jack and Glen; and her children, James Allen Padgett and Dixie Jane Riddle.

She is survived by : her children, Sandy Black (Eddie Blanton) of Eubank, Greg Padgett of Spring Field, Penny Dance of Spring Field and Holly Ward of Deland, Florida; her siblings, Donnie Davis and Susie Grooms; and her close friend Bella.
