He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kemper and Edith Kemper (Branson); his brother Gary Lynn Kemper; and his uncle Spencer Branson. He is survived by: his wife Jody Lynn Kemper (Denney); his children, Bridget White (Greg) and Cody Ray Kemper (Samantha); his grandchildren, Dalton White, Sabrina White, Mason Kemper and Chase Kemper; his great grandchildren, Brynlee Wooton and Raeleigh Wooton; and his aunts, Sandy Turner (Randy) and Natalie Branson.
