She was predeceased by: her parents, James Slavey and Leona Mounce Slavey; her former husband Talmadge Erp; her sons, Talmadge Michael Erp and James Byrl Erp; her siblings, Orville Slavey and Mildred Smith; and her husbands, Chester McClure and Bill Harris.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Ramsey of Somerset and Kathy Phelps of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Michael Erp (Amy), Shannon Erp, Tamara Erp, Nikki Phelps and Danielle Smith (Shannon Yanders); and her great grandchildren, Damien Erp, Chloe Erp, Wyatt Erp, Brianna Smith, Dawson Yanders, Caleb Yanders, Aries Yanders, Julie Phelps and Reagen Phelps.
