He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dean and Norma Thompson (Brewster); and his brothers, Andy Thompson, Anthony Moore and Jack Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Clinten Thompson (Brittney) and Tilena Evans; his grandchildren, Eric Evans, Brook Thompson, Forrest Thompson and Sydney "Levi" Thompson; his siblings, Nick Moore, Scott Thompson and Taletha Thompson; and his former wife Tammy Stewart.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM. Viewing was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Main Chapel (5900 US Hwy 27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
