He is survived by: his mother Helen Dalton Pichney; his nieces, Dianna Linderman (Ryan) of Jacksonville and Amity Humm (Beth) of Lexington, Kentucky; his great-nephew Theodore "Teddy" Linderman; his adoptive mother Tami Vanover; his nieces and nephews, Levi Johnson, Malcolm Adair, Tommy Adair, Carlos Wallace, Lewis Bowling, Tori Johnson (Ray), Raegan Johnson and Arian Johnson; and his close friend Debbie.
