He is survived by: his children, Jesseca Phillips (Sam) and Albert "Chuck" Maiden; his grandchildren, Chance Phillips, J. C. Phillips, Daulton Phillips, Wade Phillips, Nathaniel Pratt and Gracie Pratt; his great grandchildren, Ryuto, Leo, Shane, Spencer, Charlie Faye, Waylon, Ryder, Slayder, Dawson, Emberley, Stetson and Lincoln; his son-in-law Toby Pratt; and his siblings, Lonnie Maiden, Ronnie Maiden, Ed Maiden, Junior Maiden, Lilly Logan and Juanita Daniels.
In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy to take the form in donations to the Tilman Maiden Memorial Fund c/o Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
