He is survived by : his father Lee Parrish; his sister Amy Parrish; his niece Jayme Parrish; his grandmothers, Faye Parrish and Nancy Willoughby; and his great-aunts, Jean Cooksey, Glenda Perkins and Terry "Nana" Jameson.
