He is survived by: his wife Angela Perry of Scottsville, KY; his children, Jacob Ryan Perry of Lafayette, TN and Katie Lynn Perry of Scottsville, KY; his stepchildren, Larry Taylor of Portland, TN, Shelley Taylor of Scottsville, KY, Brooklynn Hamilton of Scottsville, KY and Heather Sullivan of Lafayette, TN; and his siblings, Adam Perry of Scottsville, KY and Becky Threet (Blaine) of Scottsville, KY.
