He is survived by: his son Randy Welch (Debbie) of Scottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Kenny Welch (Nickie) of Scottsville, KY, Melanie Stinson of Scottsville, KY and Alyssa Reece (Trevor) of Edmonton, KY; his great grandchildren, Kenley, Karlie, Kimberlyn Welch, Amelia, Layton Stinson, Wrenley Reece and Judd Reece; and his sister-in-law Barbara Rascoe (Gerald) of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
