He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rascoe; his children, Scott Rascoe (LaVonna), Sherry Frank (Matthew) and Steven Rascoe (Michelle); his sisters, Martha Kenney (Michael Sr.) and Linda Rascoe; his grandchildren, Ben Rascoe (Natasha), Kassie Rascoe, Elizabeth Frank O'Neill, Lauren Frank Dyrda (David) and Seth Frank; his great grandchildren, Myles Rascoe, Tripp Rascoe, Palmer Rascoe, Keira O'Neill, Aiden O'Neill and Charlotte Dyrda; and his stepsibling's children, Jamie Stovall, Randy, Debbie Welch, Scott, Lana Stovall, Tracy, Cynthia Stovall and Melanie Stinson.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Crescent Hill Cemetery.
