She is survived by: her children, Eugene Costello (Melissa) of Glasgow, KY, Connie Myers (Larry) of Scottsville, KY and Kathy Gaston (Jerry Elliott) of Martin, TN; her stepchildren, Dave Hasting (Paula) of Westmoreland, TN and Glenda Biggs (Bill) of Westmoreland, TN; her brothers, David Hurt (Cindy) of Scottsville, KY and Denver Hurt (Novella) of Scottsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Mitch Costello (Casey), Mattea Melrose (Seth), Ruthann Meadors (Gene), Mark O'Neal (Maddison), Charity Blankenship (Kelly Ray), Kristy Gaston (Antwion McNeil), Kelly Jacobs (Ethan), Tonya Compton (Joe) and April Frey. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
She was a former employee of Washington Overall Manufacturing and Wagner Brake and member of Foundation Church.
