She was predeceased by : her parents, Desford Joyce "Dee" Pearson and Dorothy Lee Williams Pearson; her parents-in-law, George and Christine Wright; her sister Beverly; her brother-in-law Dewey Anderson; her brother Maurice "Reacie"; her sister-in-law Edith "Cookie" McGuffey Pearson; her daughter Megan Elizabeth Wright; and her granddaughter Kendall Grace Sweeney.

She is survived by : her husband Gary Wright; her children, Carrie Sweeney (Chris) of Bowling Green, KY and Daniel Wright (Suzanne) of Bowling Green, KY; her grandchildren, John Sweeney of Bowling Green, KY, Ava Sweeney of Bowling Green, KY, Mason Wright of Bowling Green, KY and McKinley Wright of Bowling Green, KY; her brother Wendell Pearson (Patty) of Scottsville, KY; and her sister-in-law Teresa Sikes of Bowling Green, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Hospice House or Allen County Humane Society. Donations may be made at Goad Funeral Home.
