He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Stevens Orr and Jane Stoddard Orr; and his children, Tyler Wall and Madera Kali Gipner. He is survived by: his fiancée Angela Logan of Scottsville, KY; and his children, Joshua Orr, Howard Jordan Orr of Scottsville, KY, Noelle Orr of Sonora, CA, Julianne Gipner of Jackson, CA and Misty Mills of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Allen County Memorial Gardens (Old Gallatin Rd, Scottsville, KY 42164).
