He is survived by: his children, Missy Owens (Jason) of Owensboro, KY, Butch Duncan (Alesia) of Henderson, KY and Johnny Duncan (Angel) of Scottsville, KY; his brother Jackie Duncan (Nyra) of Uniontown, KY; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Josh, Katie, Delaney, Cates, Adrienne and Duncan.
