It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Stephens of Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Kathleen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kathleen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carline Piper and Addie Evelyn Dalton Piper; her daughter Karen Sue Stephens; and her siblings, Jimmy Neal Piper, Larry Piper, Betty Jo Brooks and Susie Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Dave G. Stephens of Scottsville, KY; her siblings, Bud Piper of Scottsville, KY, Wayne Piper of Scottsville, KY, Donnie Piper (Faith) of Scottsville, KY and Barbara Scott of Scottsville, KY; and her sister-in-law Patricia Piper of Scottsville, KY. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
