He is survived by: his wife Tina Hooper Davis of Scottsville, KY; his children, Shane Davis of Gallatin, TN, Joshua Davis of Nashville, TN, Sean Johnson of Scottsville, KY, Abby Settle of Maryville, TN and Phoebe Johnson of Bowling Green, KY; his siblings, Dennis Davis of Broken Arrow, OK and Carolyn Anson of Checotah, OK; and his grandchildren, Colton Davis, Marley Davis, Cameron Line, Skylar Line, Jacob Line, Daisy Blanchett, Laila Blanchett, Lily Marcum, Esmee Morelock and Emre Morelock.
