She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Clifford Heard and Olive Erletta Powley Heard; her husband Thomas Lane Stuller; and her sister Carol Foulks. She is survived by:, Mike Lowe, Jo, Heidi Green (Hank), Brayden and Lilly Kay.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.
