He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Leon Willoughby and Peggy Lou Pesch Willoughby of Alexandria, IN. He is survived by: his wife LaVonna Law Willoughby of Scottsville, KY; his son Bucky Creeger of Bowling Green, KY; his brothers, William Jacobs (Lynn) of Anderson, IN and Dennis Willoughby of Oakland, CA.; and his grandchildren, Kinsley Creeger and Liam Creeger.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
