She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Warner of Scottsville, KY; her children, John Ward (Casey) of Elkton, KY, Dale Ward of Louisville, KY, Tammy Goins of Edmonton, KY and Sarah Snow of Scottsville, KY; and her sisters, Linda Nelly of Louisville, KY and Ruby Stone (Wayne) of Louisville, KY.
