He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Levis Hagan and Ida Mae Lee Hagan; his wife Bonnie Jean Hughes Hagan; and his sister Mary Ann Gentry. He is survived by : his daughter Susan York (Michael) of Adolphus, KY; his siblings, Ricky Hagan (Beverly) of Scottsville, KY, Steve Hagan of Scottsville, KY, Jimmy Hagan (Red), Karen Mitchell of Scottsville, KY and Sheila Uhles (Jerry) of Scottsville, KY; and his grandson Wesley York (Lacy) of Adolphus, KY. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
