It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Pearson of Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 18, 2026, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Steven shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Steven farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Glen "Reacie" Pearson and Edith Rhea "Cookie" McGuffey Pearson. He is survived by: his brothers, Jeff Pearson (Susie) of Scottsville, KY and Tim Pearson (Wynter) of Scottsville, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Nikki Pearson of Scottsville, KY, Beth Kelley of Franklin, KY, Derick Pearson of Bowling Green, KY, Mike Sims of Bowling Green, KY, Kyle Pearson of Scottsville, KY and Kolby Pearson of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by 10 great nieces and 3 great nephews.
