She was predeceased by: her parents, John Landrum Pitchford and Nancy Carol Glaab Shelton; and her stepfather Louis Shelton. She is survived by: her husband Brian Varner of Scottsville, KY; her children, Austin Varner (Makenzie) of Scottsville, KY and Breann Varner of Scottsville, KY; her brothers, Eric Pitchford (Shannon) of Scottsville, KY and Marcus Shelton (Mindy) of Adolphus, KY; her stepsister Leigh Ann Fitzpatrick of Scottsville, KY; and her granddaughter Lottie Varner.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Goad Funeral Home (215 W Main St, Scottsville, KY 42164). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
