He is survived by: his wife Heather Wall of Scottsville, KY; his children, Bladen of Scottsville, KY, Blane of Scottsville, KY, Brayden of Scottsville, KY, Drake of Scottsville, KY and Makynlee of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, Jordan Orr of Scottsville, KY, Joshua Orr of Scottsville, KY and Misty Mills; his father Howard Orr (Angela Logan) of Scottsville, KY; his mother-in-law Donna Blankenship (Joe) of Scottsville, KY; and his grandfathers-in-law, Sandra Petty of Scottsville, KY and Blanche "Mamaw" Carter of Scottsville, KY.
