Wayne Jackson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Jackson of Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Wayne farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Wayne is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Jackson and Eliza W. Wood Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Doris T. Jackson of Scottsville, KY; his son Eric Jackson (Deanna) of Scottsville, KY; his brother-in-law James Buel Tinsley of Scottsville, KY; his granddaughters, Erica Cockrill (Jarrett) and Averie Pitchford; and his great grandchild Jolie Kate Cockrill.
