She was predeceased by: her parents, James Evans and Kathryn Simpson Evans; and her grandparents, Bacil, Norma Evans, Frazier and Dee Simpson.
She is survived by: her children, Emily Coots (Stephen) of Richmond, KY and Dana Lance Carl Coots of Louisville, KY; and her siblings, Karen Smith (Rodney) of Happy, KY, Pattie Brashear of Scuddy, KY, Susan Turner (Randy) of London, KY and Aaron Evans of Vicco, KY. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Beloved Great Niece & Great Nephews.
