He is survived by: his mother Pamela Huff Combs of Scuddy, KY; his sons, Mason David Combs of Cornettsville, KY, John Gabriel Combs of Cornettsville, KY and Colin Seth Combs of Cornettsville, KY; his siblings, Jason Combs of Scuddy, KY and Paige Fugate of Hazard, KY; and his nieces, Brandi Fugate of Scuddy, KY and Starla Campbell of Kodak, KY. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
