She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Wiltshire and Thelma Cole Wiltshire; her husband Billy Joe Higgs; her daughter Connie Lykins Bivens; and her brothers, Mickey and Paul Wiltshire.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky of Dixon, KY and Danny Higgs of Dixon, KY; her siblings, Barbara Reynolds of Mt. Vernon, IN and Jerry Wiltshire of Mt. Vernon, IN; and her grandchildren, Amy Sue Martin, Josh Snyder, Carrie Blake, Danielle Kromer and Kaylie Lykins. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
