She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin A. Rakestraw and Helen E. Rakestraw (Woods); her husband Wayne Hale; and her siblings, Donald, Joyce, Christine, Bobby and Jerry.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Dawn Hale, Barry Wayne Hale and Tommy Allen Hale; her siblings, Eugene "Big Boy" Rakestraw of York, PA, Merle Rakestraw of Madisonville, KY. and Reva McConnell (Paul) of Madisonville, KY; her grandchildren, Whitney Beals of Henderson, KY and Elizabeth Minton (Rex) of Henderson, KY; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Beals (Anna), Jaycie Beals, Avery Minton and Kaisley Beals.
