She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Evans, Sr. and Emma Lucille Evans (Epley); and her brothers, Robert Wilson Evans, Jr. and David W. Evans. She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Plemens of Sebree; her children, Jennifer Miller (Chuck Porter) of Henderson, KY, Holly Plemens Carlisle (Chester) of Spottsville, KY and Lee Plemens of Sebree, KY; her sisters, Linda F. Clark (Evans) of Owensboro, KY, Charlotte K. (Evans) of Owensboro, KY and Hobdy (Archie) of Owensboro, KY; her grandchildren, Haily Jones (John), Hunter Plemens, Hillary Carlisle (Justin Bryant), Cayden Carlisle, Jacinda Miller and Jessica Miller; and her great grandchildren, Ian, Braiden, Tenley, Elliea, Lane, Maximina and Emmett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
