He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Arthur Finch and Patricia King Finch; his children, George Griffin, Raymond Arthur Finch and Michelle "Mickie" Scott; his siblings, Patty Ann Finch, Jacquelyn Finch, Pauline Prescott, Carol Gallipo, Rosemarie Finch and Robert "Bobby" Finch; and his grandson Jose Inez Otero Sanchez.
He is survived by: his daughter Jeana Marie Otero Sanchez (Benjamin) of Dixon, KY; his siblings, Dianne Carrara of Vermont, Barbara Gallipo of Vermont and Freddie Carrara of Vermont; his son-in-law Mike Scott; and his grandchildren, Brandi Scott, Travis Scott, Jessica Griffin, Miguel Otero Sanchez and Teresa Otero Sanchez. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
