She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Tapp and Ethel Garrett Tapp; her husband Dennis Wagoner; and her sisters, Ocie Mae Wilson and Viola Ware.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Eugene Wagoner (Julie) of Sebree, KY; her siblings, Faye Ware of Sebree, KY, Deloris Lingerfelt of Henderson, KY, Mary Basham of Henderson, KY, Arthur James Tapp of Poole, KY and Gregory Neal Tapp of Poole, KY; her grandchildren, George Reynolds Jr. (Lyndsey) and Samantha Duby (Jay); and her great grandchildren, Cierra, Daniel, Alex, Layla, Preston, Trevor, Alyssa, Olivia and Zoey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
