With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet M. McCurry of Sedalia, Kentucky, who passed away on November 15, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janet touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas William McCurry, Jr. and Eleanor McCurry (Utech); and her great-grandparent D'kari William Anthony Fisher. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth McCurry (Kellie) of Sedalia, Kentucky and Jessie Fisher of Harrington, Delaware; and her grandchildren, Codey William McCurry, Alexis Christie, Carl William Fisher and Kentaya Fisher.
