He is survived by : his parents, Howard Johnson of Sharon Grove and Jo Gant Henderson of Sharon Grove; his children, Shane Johnson (Haleigh) of Sharon Grove and Averie Johnson Blake (Matthew) of Russellville; and his siblings, Scott Johnson of Olmstead and Wendy Higgins of Lewisburg. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
