He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Nichols and Ada Mae Roberts Nichols. He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Conrad (Chris) of Clarksville, TN and Lindsey Nichols of Huntingburg, IN; his brother Andy Nichols of Elkton; and his half-brother Joe Miller of Sharon Grove. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
