She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Ann Heltsley of Fernley and Marilyn Gail Bethune (Bill) of Huntsville, Alabama; and her sister Carolyn Perkins of Erlanger, Kentucky..
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Elk Lick Baptist Church Cemetery (6904 Green Ridge-Spa Rd, Lewisburg, KY 42256).
