He is survived by : his wife Sheila Carroll Ovington of Sharpsburg, KY; his children, Charles Lewis Ovington of Lexington, KY, Chandra Dawn Frye of Monticello, KY, Kymberly Campbell (Chris) of Maysville, KY and Melissa Hope Barreto (Ray) of Flemingsburg, KY; and his sister Teresa Faye Pollock of Flemingsburg, KY. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
