He is survived by: his wife Shalva Jean Quin Whitt; his sons, Danny Whitt (Angie) of Sharpsburg and Wayne Whitt (Melody) of Bradenton, Florida; and his siblings, Betty McGuire Goldy of Mt. Sterling, Judy Lee Melchior of Sidney Nebraska, Billye Sue Webb of Lexington and Linville "Shorty" Whitt of Cynthiana. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
