He is survived by: his wife Michelle Rowe of Sharpsburg; his children, Savanna Hall of Sharpsburg, Kayla Rowe of Sharpsburg, Cody Rowe (Sierra) of Jeffersonville and Joshua Smith Smith (Mareya) of Sharpsburg; and his siblings, Kathy Heitzman (Bobby) of Campbellsburg, KY, Vicki Rowe Huey (Shane) of Madison, IN., Julie Huey (Todd) of Madison, IN., Linda Skirvin (Ronnie) of Madison, Ronald Rowe of Mt. Sterling and Clevie Rowe (Jessica) of Menifee Co. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
