He is survived by : his wife Kathi Garner of Sharpsburg; his children, Anthony Garner (Maddie Tucker) of Sharpsburg, Nikki Lawson of Lafollette and Kristi Garner (Dustin Thompson) of Lexington; and his siblings, Mary Jasper of Monticello and Rowland Moore.
