She was predeceased by: her parents, Sterling Sesco and Lora Sesco; her husband Harlan Adkins; her siblings, Amos, Jimmy, Ersal "Ed", William "Bill" Sesco, Nellie Taylor, Ollie Marie Maynard and Stella Clevenger; and her great grandchild Makenna Lynn Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Adkins of Greasy Creek and Jeffery Adkins (Catrina) of Greasy Creek; her grandchildren, Jeremy (Laura), Wesley (April), Ryan, Dusty, Courtney and Elijah; her great grandchildren, Alora, Isabella, Noah, Layla, Brynlee, Ridge and Kevin; and her grandchild Ryker James Bryant.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Community Funeral Home (4902 Zebulon Hwy, Raccoon, KY 41501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
