As Dicie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Dicie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Dicie leaves behind.
A graveside service was held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made in memory of Dicie Vinson to the KY School for the Deaf, PO Box 27, Danville, KY 40423.
