He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Blackburn. He is survived by: his mother Velma "Thacker" Blackburn; his brothers, Tommy James Blackburn and Larry Dean Blackburn; and his siblings' children, Tabitha Faith Blackburn, Katelyn Elizabeth Reynolds and Larry Thomas Blackburn.
