He was predeceased by: his son Isaac Carlos Miranda. He is survived by: his parents, Carlos Miranda and Maria G. Martinez of Shelbyville; and his siblings, Brenda Garcia of Shelbyville, Benjamin Martinez of Shelbyville, Francisco Martinez of Mexico and Salvador Martinez of Mexico. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
