He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Theodore Patterson and Anna Catherine Newton Patterson; his close friend Lynnette Price; his siblings, Mary Ann Booker and Edward Patterson; and his pet Angel.
He is survived by: his children, Larmeshia West (Tim) of Louisville, Larrecia Williams-Ross (Raymond Jr.) of Lexington, Larica Taylor, Ontario Thomas of Shelbyville and Jonathan Thompson (Vercy) of Albuquerque, NM; his siblings, Crevella Bell (Calvin) of Shelbyville, Sammy Patterson (Linda) of Shelbyville and Albert Patterson of Shelbyville; his brother-in-law James Booker, Sr. of Shelbyville; and his pet Gizmo. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
