She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dennis Dempsey and Ada Katherine West Dempsey; her husband James Selbert LeCompte; her son Jason Selbert LcCompte; and her siblings, Mary Ann Jamison, William "Billy" Dennis Dempsey, Bobby Dempsey and Anna Louise Dempsey.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Jean Beckley of Shelbyville and William "Willie" Dennis LeCompte (Shaun Kelly) of Shepherdsville; her brother Danny Joe Dempsey (Maxellet) of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Candace Young (Tim), Spencer LeCompte (Kiera) and McKenzie LeCompte; and her great grandchildren, Austin Young, Janelle Young and Destiny Young. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Webb Funeral Home (1144 Main St, Shelbyville, KY 40065). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Campbellsburg Cemetery Masonic Cemetery.
