He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Marshall Settle, Sr. and Dorothy Lee Linthicum Settle; and his siblings, Frederic Settle, Jr. of Quitman, Georgia and Suzanne Graham of Lexington.
He is survived by: his wife Cherry Settle of Shelbyville; his children, Thomas Quentin Settle, Jr. of Orlando, Florida and Jennifer Settle Reese (Chris) of Simpsonville; and his grandchildren, Tristen Reese and Kirsten Reese.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Claudia Sanders Dinner House (3202 Shelbyville Rd, Shelbyville, KY 40065).
