He was predeceased by: his father Donnie Lee Ethington; and his sister Paige Ethington Hardy. He is survived by: his mother Mary Faye Ethington of Shelbyville; his nieces and nephews, Basil Hardy, Bennett Hardy, Tate Hardy, Ivy Hardy and Byron Hardy; and his brother-in-law Tripp Hardy. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
