He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hodge and June Hodge; his significant other Joyce Hodge; and his daughter Tammy Lee. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Blakely, Pamela Smither, Dwayne Hodge and Anthony Hodge. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hardy-Close Funeral Home (285 S Buckman St, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
