He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Campbell and Lena Eversole Campbell; his wife Wilma Jean Campbell; his stepsons, Marlin, Johnny and Michael Thomas; his siblings, Marie Pauline Campbell Sparks, Gladys Irene Campbell Johnson, Gertrude Campbell Monday, Ruby Helen Campbell Stamper, Loraine Campbell Potts, Marjorie "Margie" Ann Campbell Benton, Audrey Jean Campbell and Junior Roy Campbell; and his stepsister Amanda Campbell Snyder.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Doris Pitts; and his stepgrandchildren, Dustin Thomas (Adrienne), Shannon Ritter (Shane) and Carrie Thomas (Sebastian Billman). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other dear family and friends.
